Our Client Engagement Methodology

Each client engagement is individually tailored to develop successful outcomes for that challenge. Each candidate is unique in their style, motivation and expectations. Our methodology is flexible in meeting these needs however it is focused on a process of excellence.

We assign a dedicated recruitment team to each one of our major accounts. At the start of a relationship with a client, we organize a few meetings to help us understand their expectations, goals and requirements and we organize a team to best suit the client’s interests. Generally, one account manager and a few recruiters will be allocated depending on the size of account and skillset required. When a team is assigned to a major account, we take into consideration, a number of factors such as the client’s preference, recruitment skills required, size of the account. We are always happy to review, restructure or upsize the team according to the client’s needs.
