AYAN InfoTech is looking for Delivery Lead (Agile) to join an exciting project based in Sydney. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: Delivery Lead (Agile)
Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years
Core Skills & Capabilities required:
- Manage all aspects of Project Delivery, Agile process.
- Extensive experience in Agile Software Delivery methodology, Scrum/Kanban
- Work closely with the Product Managers to prioritise requirements according to constraints ex: resource, time, and budget.
- Work closely with the Product Owner in conducting high level release planning sessions and scope out minimum viable product increments for major initiatives.
- Experience in writing clear functional requirements.
- Act as lead to unblock any dependencies and impediments for the dev team.
- Experience working with remote teams
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Facilitation
- Capable of tracking down and engaging the appropriate stakeholders and SMEs to understand the business need and relevant business requirements.
- Expert communicator who supports the product managers and project manager by consistently communicating the project vision and project scope to the broader team and stakeholders.
- Natural problem solver, analytical mind and out-of-the-box thinker who can always find opportunities from challenges.
- Highly organised and reliable with an eye for detail.
- A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented digital innovator with customer experience front of mind.
