Required Skills & Experience:
- Lead the architecture and design of the Dynamics 365 F&O solution, ensuring it meets business requirements and industry standards.
- 8+ years of experience in Dynamics AX/D365 F&O implementations, with a focus on the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, processes, and challenges.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale D365 migrations or implementations.
- Deep knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, capabilities, and customization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective, scalable, and sustainable D365 solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including developers, analysts, and other architects.
- Ensure the solution architecture aligns with overall IT strategy and integrates seamlessly with other systems and technologies.
- Drive the migration strategy from Dynamics AX to D365 F&O, including data migration, customizations, and integrations.
- Conduct architectural reviews and assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of D365 F&O.
- Stay abreast of the latest D365 features, updates, and best practices, incorporating them into our solution where relevant.
- Engage with other vendors as needed to resolve complex technical issues and explore new capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) are highly desirable.
