Ayan Infotech urgently need for 4 Junior Automation specialists for an initial 6-month contract in Melbourne, CBD.
Experience needed is 1-2 years of commercial experience writing automation testing scripts in Python or Javascript/Typescript. Only junior testers will be considered for the role.
This contract will provide the opportunity to work in a large-scale enterprise IT environment with a highly experienced and competent global IT delivery team. Our client invests millions of dollars in their IT environment, which will allow the contractor to work with the latest releases to what technology offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Development: working with the Automation team to build and maintain automation scripts for end-to-end testing and test data management using tools like Selenium, Python, or RPA frameworks (e.g., UiPath).
- Test Data Management: Develop and manage test data scripts, ensuring the availability of accurate, comprehensive test datasets across various environments.
- Application Development Support: Collaborate with development teams to create automated workflows, assisting in development projects where automation and test data play a critical role.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase automation efficiency and reduce manual data handling.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation scripts and test data processes, reporting progress and issues to senior developers and QA teams.
Required Skills:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, or similar programming languages for automation tasks.
- Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g.,Playwright, WebdriverIO, Cypress, RobotFramework).
- Test Data Expertise: Familiarity with test data management tools and methods, including SQL and data extraction techniques.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues in automation workflows.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing to code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
The rate for this contract is $400 + superannuation a day.
