Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary technical authority and visionary for Salesforce projects, providing expert guidance on architecture, design, and implementation strategies.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and priorities, and translate them into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
* Define and document the overall architecture, data model, integration points, and technical design for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Salesforce platform capabilities.
* Lead the technical evaluation and selection of Salesforce products, tools, and technologies, considering factors such as scalability, security, and maintainability.
* Provide hands-on technical leadership and expertise in the development and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and coding in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
* Guide and mentor development teams, providing technical direction, code reviews, and support to ensure adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.
* Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, and other technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture and standards.
* Define and implement governance processes, controls, and standards for Salesforce development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce architecture and development practices, leveraging new features, technologies, and industry trends to enhance solution delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, project sponsors, and other stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on Salesforce platform capabilities and roadmap.
* Stay current with Salesforce product updates, releases, and roadmap, evaluating new features and functionalities to inform architecture decisions and solution design.
* Contribute to the development of intellectual property, best practices, and thought leadership within the organization, through participation in communities, forums, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
