Ayan Infotech urgently needs an SAP Real Estate Consultant to take up an initial 8-month contract in Brisbane, CBD. Our client is driving a major SAP RISE transformation program that is forecast to last many years.
It is essential that the SAP Real Estate Consultant has in-depth subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Real Estate, understanding of SAP Finance modules, and Real Estate integration points to other modules such as FICO, SD, MM
This contract will provide the opportunity to work in a large-scale enterprise IT environment with a highly experienced and competent global IT delivery team. Our client invests millions of dollars in their IT environment, which will allow the contractor to work with the latest releases to what technology offers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Real Estate
- Play a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and contribute to successful project delivery.
- Act as a functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Real Estate, responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle.
- Work within the SAP team to perform configuration within relevant process areas.
- Lead business process workshops and interact well with clients to understand their business, and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge.
- Work with business process owners, architects, and business SMEs to develop the To-Be business processes and integration with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape.
Experience needed:
- 10+ years of SAP project experience
- At least 4+ years of experience in a similar SAP Real Estate Consultant position with a large end user base or SAP Partners
- In-depth subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Real Estate, understanding of SAP Finance modules, and Real Estate integration points to other modules such as FICO, SD, MM.
- Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations, with at least one full end-to-end SAP Implementation including S/4 HANA experience (On Premise or Public Cloud).
- Communication skills both written and verbal, including documentation skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
